What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a woman at US 287 in Wilbarger County, TX on November 20th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:20 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer headed northwest on US 287, sling to make a right turn onto County Rd 93. As it slowed, officials say an approaching Ford F-250 collided what the rear of the slowing truck. Reports say the crash left the driver of the Ford, identified as 52-year-old Veronika Bryant, with serious injuries and hospitalized for treatment.
