Victim reportedly ran a stop sign and had a minor accident. She was then struck by another vehicle that ran the same stop sign as she was sitting on the tailbed of her truck.


What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials released the name of the woman killed in an accident at RM 2469 and SH 163 in Barhnart, TX on January 13th, 2019. 45-year-old Vicky Lynn Hernandez was killed after she was first involved a minor crash. She was then struck by a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Conell Dwyon Pryor who allegedly ran the same stop sign as Hernandez. Hernandez was sitting in the tailgate of her truck at the time of the incident. EMS officials pronounced her dead at the scene. Pryor was not injured.
