What Happened

Bryan Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at 4200 Wellborn Rd in Bryan, TX on September 13th, 2019. Officials say the incident happened around 4:10 p.m. A vehicle was making a turn into a shopping center when a van failed to control its speed and collided with the rear of the vehicle. It was then pushed into oncoming traffic, colliding with a Jeep driven by 21-year-old William Zachary Elder. The Jeep then overturned, ejecting Elder from the vehicle, who was pronounced dead the scene.
