Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a woman FM 51 in Wise County, TX on October 24th, 2023.  Police say the incident happened around 12:45 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Sentra was attempting to enter onto FM 51 from an off ramp at the time. Police allege the vehicle failed to yield right of way before colliding with a tractor-trailer. The collision left the driver of the Nissan, who was not publicly identified, with serious injuries, according to police. Reports say the other driver, also not publicly identified, was uninjured.
