What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a woman at US 190 in San Jacinto, TX on July 14th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4:25 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Versa was allegedly traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of US 190 before colliding with a westbound Chevrolet Silverado. Reports say a 19-year-old passenger in the Nissan was seriously injured while both drivers were uninjured. Reports further allege an Intoxication Assault charge was recommended and/or issued against the driver of the Nissan.
