Police say the incident happened around 4:41 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Durango headed northbound is alleged to have collided with a northbound Toyota Highlander under unclear circumstances. Following the collision, reports claim the driver of the Dodge, who was not publicly identified, allegedly fled the scene on-foot.
