What Happened

Washington State Patrol officials released the name of the driver killed in a semi-truck accident on Hwy 195 in Spangle, WA on January 25th, 2019. 67-year-old Tim Simchuk was killed when his vehicle collided with a semi-truck driven by 81-year-old Emerson Grafmiller. Simchuk was pronounced dead at the scene. Grafmiller was not injured.
