What Happened

Milwaukee Police are investigating a crash involving a school bus that killed a 16-year-old in Milwaukee, WI on February 5th, 2019. The crash occurred around 4:25 p.m. at the intersection of 37th St and Sheridan Ave. 17 year-old Laron Ball was behind the wheel of a vehicle that reportedly ran a stop sign and was struck by an oncoming school bus. 16-year-old Ar'ron Ball was pronounced dead at the scene. Laron was arrested and charged with homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle, possession of a firearm by adjudicated delinquent and knowingly operating a motor vehicle while revoked.. No one else was injured.
