What Happened

Wyoming Police have identified the man killed in a collision at State Highway 93 near Douglas, WY on September 21st, 2019. Officials say the incident happened around 5:30 a.m. 56-year-old Kirk H Hannivig was standing next to his parked vehicle in a parking area when a semi-truck entered the parking area and collided with the truck and Hannivig. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The semi-truck driver, 49-year-old Hector L Arriaga, was not injured.
