Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at State Route 260 in Camp Verde, AZ on September 29th, 2021. Officials say that the crash happened when a commercial truck lost air in its brakes during a turn. This caused the truck to overturn, striking a pickup truck before overturning onto a van.
