Arizona Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that killed a person at I-17 near Anthem, AZ on August 30th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:30 a.m. A car hauler detached from a pickup truck before crushing the truck. The driver died at the scene.
