Arizona Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured three people at 67th Ave in Phoenix, AZ on July 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8 a.m. A total of six vehicles were involved  in a collision that occurred under unclear circumstances. Police say some of the vehicles involved were a tow truck, tractor-trailer and Chevrolet sedan. Two women and one man were hospitalized with serious injuries.
