California Highway Patrol officials confirmed the death of a woman that fell onto I-5 in San Diego, CA on August 28th, 2021. Police say it happened around 8:10 p.m. 25-year-old Brigette Duenas was aboard a Freightliner limo and was attempting to use the vehicles restroom when she reportedly opened the rear emergency door by mistake and fell out of the vehicle. She struck her head on the roadway, causing her severe enough injury that she later passed away. Additional information was not immediately available.
