California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at Hwy 65 near Imperial Ave in Bakersfield, CA on April 8th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Police allege the victim, an unidentified 73-year-0ld male, was walking in a southbound lane of travel before being struck by a semi-truck.
