California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at Corsican Apartment Complex at Anaheim, CA on August 25th, 2021. Police say the incident happened when a dump truck, went through a red light, hit two cars and crashed into an apartment complex. 61-year-old Rory Antoine, who investigators say was working from home, was killed. The dump truck driver, 54-year-old Raphael Pacheco was pulled from the vehicle and hospitalized. Another driver was also taken to the hospital. Additional information was not available.
