Colorado State Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at US 24 and Log Rd near Peyton, CO on August 22nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11 a.m. A dump truck is said to have collided head-on with Nissan Titan and Toyota Sienna headed eastbound. The 39-year-old woman driving the Sienna suffered fatal injuries. The man and woman in the Titan were hospitalized with serious injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
