What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that injured two people at Route 2 and Harmony Rd in Newark, DE on August 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:15 a.m. A U-Haul box truck with two occupants, a 30-year-old man and 31-year-old female, veered from the road and crashed into a tree under unclear circumstances. Two man was hospitalized with serious injuries. The woman was treated for injuries considered to be less serious.
