Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a collision that killed a man and injured another at I-95 at State Rd 836 in Miami, FL on September 10th, 2021. Police say the incident happened just after 10 a.m. A Volkswagen passenger car is said to have collided with a disabled box truck that was blocking a left travel lane.
