Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at Poinciana Pkwy in Osceola County, FL on July 24th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:22 a.m. According to investigators, a tow truck was headed northbound, approaching a construction zone. Authorities allege a northbound water tanker truck truck went into the lane of the tow truck, the vehicles colliding in the process.
