Area authorities have identified the person killed in a hit-and-run accident at NW 7th Ave and 103rd St in Miami, FL on November 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2 p.m. As 60-year-old Oswaldo Rojas was crossing the road via wheelchair, he was struck by a commercial truck that fled the scene after the collision. Rojas was taken to an area hospital with injuries he lated died from. Police later located and identified the driver involved, however, they had no additional information to share.
