What Happened

Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured a woman at I-95 at State Rd 104 in Jacksonville, FL on August 25th, 2021. Police say it happened as a tractor-trailer carrying 9 vehicles lost control on southbound lanes of I-95. It then veered through a guardrail onto northbound lanes and overturned. It was struck by an oncoming tractor-trailer head-on before six of the carried cars broke free onto travel lanes. A woman in one of the trucks was hospitalized with minor injuries.
