What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-95 in Glynn County, GA on October 28th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:20 a.m. and started with a Nissan Sentra headed southbound suffering a flat tire. The vehicle veered into a guardrail before coming to a stop in the road before the driver exited the vehicle. An approaching Tesla collided with the Nissan followed by a tractor-trailer. A Nissan Altima then swerved to avoid the Sentra an hit a guardrail before another tractor-trailer collided with the vehicle, throwing the driver from the vehicle. The driver of the Altima suffered fatal injuries. Additional information was not available.
