State Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Route 16 in Mattoon, IL on April 6th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:30 a.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck operated by 52-year-old Charles Isaya was headed northbound before veering from the road for unknown reasons.
