Area authorities have information related to a collision that injured at least one person at  I-64 in Perry County, IN on September 1st, 2021. Police are saying it happened around 7 a.m. A livestock truck reportedly collided with a passenger car that was stopped in traffic. The impact pushed the car into a semi-truck which was pushed into a second semi-truck. The woman in the passenger car needed to be extricated from the vehicle and, once freed, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Additional details were not yet available.
