State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at State Rd 56 and Kuntz Rd in Jefferson County, IN on August 3rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9 a.m. According to investigators, a vehicle operated by 42-year-old Richard Casey was involved in a head-on collision with a semi-truck.
