LeClaire Police are investigating a crash that injured a person at North Cody Rd in LeClaire, IA on August 24th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:17 a.m. A large rock reportedly flew from the bed of a dump truck and crashed through the windshield of another vehicle.
