State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-70 near Colby, KS on July 12th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck operated by 52-year-old Steven Hull Raley was traveling on I-70 when it veered from the road for unknown reasons. It went through a fence and continued for a short distance before coming to stop in a nearby ditch. Raley, who officials say was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. Additional information was not available.
