Kansas Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at I-135 in Salina, KS on October 31st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota 4Runner operated by 22-year-old Trevin Chandler was headed northbound on I=135 prior to veering from the road for unknown reasons.
