What Happened

State Police have identified the person killed in a crash at I-10 in Iberville Parish, LA on May 11th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Camry traveling eastbound on I-10 is alleged to have stopped in a lane of travel for unknown reasons. It Theas then struck in the rear by an 18-wheeler, leaving an occupant of the Toyota with fatal injuries at the scene. The victim was identified as 48-year-old Khamphout Senesanouk. The 18-wheeler operator was not injured, according to police. Additional information has not been made available.
