State Police are investigating a collision that killed a child at Elm St and Main St in Andover, MA on May 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:15 p.m. According to investigators, several people, including a 6-year-old girl, were in a crosswalk when the child was struck under unclear circumstances.
