What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at I-93 in Boston, MA on October 8th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10 p.m. According to investigators, a Lexus SUV operating as a ride share vehicle slowed near an exit on I-93 for unknown reasons before it was rear ended by a tow truck traveling behind. The tow truck driver  was reportedly uninjured in the crash. Two occupants of the SUV, identified as 25-year-old Urashi Madani and 25-year-old Delanie Fekert, were both killed in the crash. The driver, a 53-year-old male, was hospitalized with serious injuries. Additional information was not available.
