State Police have identified the pedestrian killed in a collision at 72nd Ave NE in Fridley, MN on November 23rd, 2021. Officials say the incident happened around 5:28 p.m. They go on to say that 35-year-old Brian Robert Loyas was stuck by a northbound semi-truck that was attempting to turn onto 72nd Ave NE. Loyas was taken to an area hospital with injuries that he died from. Additional information was not immediately available.
