What Happened

State Police identified the person killed in a two-vehicle crash at 530th Ave in Roseau County, MN on August 10th, 2024. Police say it happened around 6:19 p.m. and named 59-year-old Richard Lee Hasbrouck as the victim. Reports claim a gravel truck operated by Hasbrouck was headed southbound on 530th Ave prior to a collision with an eastbound grain truck at the County Rd 12 intersection. Officials say two occupants of the grain truck, including an 11-year-old child, were hospitalized with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening in nature. Authorities did not have any additional information.
