State Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at  I-35 near Cameron, MO on August 24th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 p.m. A Ford Transit van operated by 23-year-old Kyle Carnes was headed southbound on I-35 when it collided with the rear of a dump truck operated by 61-year-old Jerry G Cook under unclear circumstances. Cook was transported by private vehicle to an area hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
