What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at  I-44 in St Louis, MO on August 20th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:45 a.m. An SUV is said to have crashed into a trailer attached to a truck that was disabled in a traffic lane. A man involved was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. A second man standing near the truck at the time as well as the driver of the SUV were hospitalized in stable condition. Additional information was not immediately available.
