What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-44 in Fidelity, MO on April 11th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3:15 a.m. Investigators are saying the crash involved three trucks, including one hauling cattle. The cattle truck is said to have lost control and overturned, cattle ending up on the roadway as a result. The second truck lost control and crashed while attempting to avoid the cattle in the road. A third truck was also involved, however it was not made clear how. One driver involved was hospitalized with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
