State Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at I-435 and Bannister Rd in Kansas City, MO on November 30th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:50 a.m. According to investigators, a Buick Encore headed southbound was involved in a crash that saw the vehicle lose control and hit a median. Following the crash, the driver is said to have exited the vehicle in an attempt to cross the highway lanes before they were struck by a passing cement truck.
