Montana Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a woman at I-90 in Great Falls, MT on January 24th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:30 a.m. A Honda CR-V operated by an unidentified 79-year-old woman is said to have veered from the road for unknown reasons into a median. While attempted to correct back onto the road, the vehicle overturned into an eastbound travel lane before being struck by a semi-truck. The impact caused the woman to be ejected from the vehicle and she suffered fatal injuries at the scene. Additional information was not immediately available.
