State Police are investigating a collision that injured a pair of teens at Hwy 15 and Hwy 91 in Colfax County, NE on September 29th, 2021. They say the incident happened around 7:35 p.m. A Pontiac Grand Prix operated by 17-year-old Veronica Vasquez is accused of traveling into the path of a semi-truck at a stop intersection. This led to a collision between the two vehicles that left Vasquez and her sister, 13-year-old Ynelei Vasquez, with serious injuries. The truck driver was not injured.
