McKinley County Sheriff's Office are investigating a crash that killed a family of three at I-40 in McKinley County, NM on June 25th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:30 p.m. Two semi-trucks and three passenger cars collided as one of the semi-trucks failed to slow down for traffic. It struck the rear of a passenger vehicle, occupied by a family of three, pushing it into the rear of a minivan. The minivan was pushed into another passenger car. The family of three suffered fatal injuries. Additional information was not available.
