State Police have details on a crash that injured three people at Route 9A in Hawthorne, NY on November 22nd, 20221. They say it happened around 7 a.m. A box truck headed northbound on Route 9A swerved to avoid a vehicle ahead that is said to have come to a sudden stop. In the process, the truck hit a southbound vehicle before veering from the road through a fence and Christmas tree nursery. The driver the the vehicle that was struck as well as the truck driver and a passenger all suffered from neck and back injuries and were hospitalized.
