What Happened

Ohio State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at US 127 at Morganthaler Rd in Butler County, TX on September 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6:20 a.m. A semi-truck for Total Package Express Inc was carrying a large steel coil that detached from the truck. It then stuck a Ford Edge, killing the driver at the scene. He was later identified as 33-year-old Blake A. Mulder. Authorities say his death was ruled an accident.  Additional information was not immediately available.
