What Happened

State Police identified the person killed in a crash at Coonpath Rd in Fairfield County, OH on July 12th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8 a.m. According to investigators, a westbound semi-truck  was attempting to turn onto a private driveway when it collided with a Honda passenger vehicle. The driver of the Honda, identified as 64-year-old Connie Stringer, was taken to an area hospital with injuries the were fatal. The truck operator was also hospitalized with suspected serious injuries. Additional information was not available.
