Ohio State Police identified the person killed in a collision at I-75 in Miami Twp, OH on November 8th, 2021. Police say the incident happened just before 10 a.m. A vehicle operated by 47-year-old James Hartman was headed northbound on I-75 when it left the roadway for unknown reasons.
