What Happened

State Police identified the person killed in a crash on County Rd 4 in Harrison County, OH on August 4th, 2021. They say the incident happened around 8:20 a.m. A semi dump truck operated by 49-year-old Joe Robinson reportedly veered from the edge of the road before correcting back. The truck overturned in the process while attempting to correct back onto the road and overturned into a pair of trees. Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene.
