State Police are investigating a collision that injured a woman at I-71 near State Route 3 in Medina County, OH on June 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8 a.m. Investigators believe a woman was operating a vehicle that became disabled or was parked when she exited the vehicle and began walking in the northbound lanes of the interstate. Shortly after, she was struck by a semi-truck, suffering serious injuries. The woman was taken to an area hospital for treatment.  Additional information was not available.
