Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a teen at State Hwy 76 near Lindsay, OK on October 9th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2 p.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac Escalade headed northbound attempted a left turn before colliding head-on with a semi-truck. The collision caused the 17-year-old driver of the Cadillac to be pinned in the vehicle. He was freed from the vehicle by emergency services and hospitalized with injuries he later died from. The truck driver, 52-year-old Travis Christensen, was hospitalized with a head injury. Additional information was not available.
