Area authorities are investigating an incident that killed a man at Souza St in Eugene, OR on December 4th, 2021. Police are saying it happened around 8:25 p.m. Investigators say that a man was working to unload a truck while another was unstrapping the rear tires while under the truck. At some point, the truck toppled over and rolled onto the man underneath, pinning him. The man was helped free, however, the extent of his injuries were severe and he died at the scene. Witnesses say the man was reportedly trapped under the vehicle for around 15 minutes. Additional information was not available.
