State Police are investigating a crash that killed two people to I-78 and Adams Rd in Lehigh County, PA on November 7th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:52 a.m. According to investigators, a dump truck towing a trailer is said to have lost control, causing the trailer to detach and the truck overturned. Two occupants inside the truck, identified as 63-year-old driver, Donald Gercie and 40-year-old passenger, Joel Fantauzzi Ortiz, suffered fatal injuries.
