State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Route 118 in Hughesville, PA on September 2nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:45 a.m. An SUV operated by 77-year-old Harold Lowe was attempting to turn left on Clarkstown Road when it collided with a tractor-trailer hauling milk.
